BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Once purchased, escape room tickets CANNOT be refunded because your space is being guaranteed for the selected time slot. There is a link on the confirmation email that allows you to reschedule with a 24 hour notice.
Start Time
To keep all this running like clockwork, our escape rooms begin PROMPTLY at their posted start time.
Games that start after the scheduled time may result in a time deduction to keep the following groups on schedule.
You must arrive 15-20 minutes before game time to get ready for the fun to begin!
Room Minimums
Thinking of reserving one of our 5 exciting and challenging escape rooms but hesitant on the amount of people? No need to worry! You can simply book the minimum allowed in a room and then pay for the rest of your group upon arrival!
Minors
Groups with any players under 16 years old MUST have an adult (18+) player with them. Nautilus requires TWO adults.
Room Maximums
If your group of family, friends, neighbors, or co-workers has more than the maximum amount of players allowed in a room, give us a call and we may be able to work something out!
Booking tip for large groups
If you are booking for a group you can book for half of the players and the the rest can pay once you arrive for your scheduled game. For example, in an 8 player room, book for four players, when you arrive you would pay for the additional four.
Children
No children under the age of 7 are allowed in our escape rooms.

Reservation
Everyone over 18 in your group will need to sign an individual waiver if they want to play the room, adding minors as needed. You can add as many minors as you need to each adult waiver. Signing the waiver here means you do not have to sign it when you check in with us, but you can also sign the waiver before your game during check in.
Signing a waiver form does not = completed booking!
